Almost No Pain Yesterday

I realized yesterday, at the gym, that I was peddling along with no pain. I then paid attention to the rest of the workout and caught myself doing things with more ease than I have most of the time. Frankly, I do not think I have finally broken through the pain barrier. More likely the reason for my feeling less pain is one or more of the following:

* I have been taking tylenol arthritis twice a day, in the morning and at night, for the past several days.
* I did not go to the gym for two days prior to yesterday, for different reasons, so I was extra-rested.
* I tend to have ups and downs with the pain for no reason I have ever figured out.

I am going to keep taking the tylenol for now.

Isn't that nice? :) Same thing happened to me while I was jogging. Very slowly!

hi friend tylenol is not good for you it will mess up your neurochemistry and your pain transmitters, learn to do some tai chi and some yoga, find some raw goats milk and let it sit in a warm room for a day until the curds start to separate, refrigerate and drink and you will have ABSOLUTELY NO arthritis, do a shoulderstand for 15 minutes and you will be like a 7 year old with absolute health.

it has to be goats milk, find a local farm.

I ust started reading your blog and have very similar aches. Sorry the Tramadol didn't work for you. It is the only way that I can sleep sometimes.
That just shows you how different everyone is.

Ang, there's no doubt we all process these things differently! I just hope I can eventually find something that works for me.
